  • The rudeness that my fiancĂ© and I experienced today was on another level. My fiancĂ© had my ring custom-made based off of a unique Tacori ring. I saw that Goldstock carried Tacori, so I went to see if I would want something like the matching band or a bit different. A gentleman with white hair provided me with some bands to try, and then asked if he could see my engagement ring. He examined it with a magnifying glass, and loudly proclaimed how my ring was "a knock-off" and these bands would be way more expensive than my engagement ring was. For someone to say that my ring is a "knock-off" when I did not ask for his opinion was incredibly inappropriate and disrespectful. Could you imagine if I didn't know that my ring was custom? I was so appalled I quickly took my ring back, said thank you for your time, and walked out of the store.
