  • It shouldn't take 30 minutes just to purchase some guitar strings...especially when there are more employees standing around the store than customers. Stood around in 3 different spots near cash registers .... totally ignored. Then, when I finally was able to get someone to ring up my merchandise, she had a terrible, eye-rolling, unfriendly, pissy attitude. Rest assured I will buy online or elsewhere from now on.
