  • This branch is right down the street from me but I will not go to this branch if I need help from a financial advisor about my IRA accounts. The last time I went in to speak to one, it was a personal banker by the name of Nick(?). He was so rude and acted as though he didn't want to help me or that I was a burden of some sort. So I steer clear of that place if I'm needing help with that type of transactions. The tellers on the other hand, are really nice. The drive thru ones always are anyway. So that it is why they get an extra star.
