It's all about the omelettes and the service here - forget the spartan surroundings and pick an omelette from the huge menu. My favorite is easily the Chile Verde - it's been a while so I don't recall the number, which means I need to go back. I can't comment on anything but the omelettes because I've never eaten anything else. Actually, that's a lie - I've had a side of the corned beef hash, which is also damn tasty. Even the potato wedges on the side and the bread they serve prior to the meal is outstanding. Bottom line is that this place rocks for breakfast or lunch.
