They were all sold out of butter chicken naaco, so I tried the beef vindaloo naaco. The beef vindaloo filling was good but the Naan bread itself wasn't great... it was powdery and couldn't hold up to the filling and fell apart. I would have loved to see them make their own naan.... or buy fresh from a local East Indian restaurant or even buy naan dough from a local Indian vendor and cook the naan in the truck before serving (haha! Ideally!!!). I can't say what they actually do but I see a Byblos Naan symbol on their website & guess that they use packaged Byblos Naan? It also fell apart from the fact that the filling was soo wet that it soaked through the bottom of the naan (they should really drain it more before placing in the naan bread.... Eventually had to eat with a fork.... speaking of which, they have wooden forks and knives which are wayyyyy cool... oh and paper straws!
$8.50 for the naaco.
