  • I was locked out of my house and called Pop-A-Lock on a Saturday afternoon. They immediately answered and were very professional and courteous. They told me someone would be there in 30-40 minutes, which I thought was an acceptable wait time. Around 25 minutes of waiting they called me back and stated that the person who was supposed to fix our lock was stuck on another job and it would be another hour! Instead of keeping our business, he kindly referred us to another company so we wouldn't have to wait and they were amazing and fast! I thought this was so incredibly classy and true customer service. I would definitely use them again if I ever needed to because of this encounter.
