rev:text	Horrible customer service! I had been going as a guest with my husband (which I paid extra to come as a guest every month). After 2 weeks of going very rude lady says that since I'm a guest I have to sign in. All I asked is how come I have been coming I haven't had to sign in before and she told me "if you want to get smart with me you can just leave". I was beyond shocked that someone who is working customer service would speak like that! I then asked for her manager who was standing right behind her listening to her speak like that and she proceeded to tell me "I'm the manager and you can leave if you like". I am sorry but I have never been treated like that at a gym. If you would like to be treated like that at a gym I would second guess where you take your money. We joined here after having an amazing experience at the Y in Florida too bad there are no Y here.
