  • This place is very well and happy to deal with. When we had issues with Sahara Chrysler and Desert 215 who were very rude and ignorant to us. Chapman worked with us and the corporate offices (which the other two would not) they were very helpful and kept great communication with on our car. Virgil, is a service manager and he kept GREAT contact with us. We had our issues taken care of with no hassle and issues from the staff, like we did at the other places we tried to get help. The only issue it's in Henderson and that's a drive for us but I don't mind the drive for great help. I will return there and have all my services and any car needs thru them from now on. They even helped with the rental car issues we had also. I will also recommend them to anyone trying to buy a car! Go to Chapman!
