Sade was great. The process takes forever but we got it done in the end. Do not think that this process is in anyway short or easy. That being said the manager Shawn Gamucio was rude and abrupt. I was in that shop for a very long time. 2 hours actually. And Shawn made mistakes and refused to admit it. Pissed off a customer with his mistake and blamed it on "the other guy". He was training a person and was rude to the trainee in front of customers. He behaved in a superior and know it all manner to everyone and he called the representative on the phone dumb. I was relieved to just get the one phone ported over.
I believe in quality customer service, this store was not representative of that. I feel sorry for his employees and his customers.
