rev:text	This is my second Visit in a week to the BERTRAM. The 1st being on a Sat. Evening, with 4 e Weddings going on throughout the hotel. I was not here for any of those reasons. I am considered handicapped, but didn't want to take that room, as someone who is worse off then myself my have needed it. Your hotel receptionist was great getting me as close to the front of the building as possible. Thank you to both ladies. We came down to the hostess for the fine dining in your Leopards Restaurant, after reading the brochure in our room. Which made our mouth water, after traveling all day & not eating. Your hostess outside of Paws (a young girl ) looked like a dear caught in the headlights of a car) said she didn't know Where that was ??? REALLY ??? To our great relief another waitress took the lead, and in through the Paws, behind a curtain, was what we were looking for. A wonderful, exciting, upbeat meal, served by an entertaining young man, Sean. What a Fantastic evening it turned out to be. Now on to the second stay. We again got a room near the front entrance, not as close, but it worked out. Not until after dinner did we figure out why. They were replacing all the TV's to Flat screens. So again we had dinner in Leopards, again it was Awesome. Thank you Sean. You have a very valuable employee there ! Unfortunately our room had NO HEAT. IT WAS COLD LAST NIGHT. All we got was cold blowing air. Partner would Not let me say anything to front desk, so throat is a bit sore this am. P.s One Outlet in room really doesn't work. The lighting is so bad, no woman could put her make up on, and look like herself. That's why only 3 stars You need some More Updates
