  • OMG!!! The Best Chai Coffee in Arizona! If you are looking for the friendliest coffee drive thru, look no further than Dutch Bros Coffee on E Bell! Driving up the hostess nearly jumped into the back of our car trying to hug on our dog! She was so excited that she ordered him a (free) pup--o-ccino - which is a cup of whip decorated with dog biscuits.. Cutest thing EVER! My Chai latte was amazing - sweet, savory and hot! The next time I went I ordered a double dirty chai- with two shots of espresso - awesome!! As a bonus, i just adore the secret messages on the coffee lids. What a great way to brighten the day!!
