  • New to Cave Creek but definitely not new to me. We recently moved here from Ventura County, California where there were a local Elements we frequented. This particular location recently opened up and filled the vacancy of choices for quality massages in the Cave Creek area. My husband and I received a couples massage by two therapists who truly did a great job. We signed up for 60-minute massages and although I understand that "dressing time" is part of that 60 minutes, our massages lasted just 40 minutes. We showed up at 1:50 for our 2 o'clock appointment with all of her paperwork already filled out. We were brought back into the room at 2:05 and our massages didn't start until 2:10. Then they ended early at 2:50. My only other criticism was that the room we were in was way too warm to be comfortable; so much so that I had asked the therapist to please stop the massage and turn on the fan. I'm hoping both of these issues are a one-time occurrence as I'm chalking it up to them being new --only open for just a week. We'll be back for sure. UPDATED COMMENT- 10/31. I just received the nicest phone call from Carla the owner, who wanted to follow up on my review and the concerns we had. She could not have been nicer and was very sincere in wanting to make things right! It's always great to see someone take a real interest in their client base and we will absolutely be back!
