  • Earth Gems, in my opinion, is a brilliant, BRILLIANT concept in the arena of selling rocks, gemstones and stone art pieces. They have a large, LARGE selection of product from all over the world in little baskets and beside most of those stones is a small piece of paper that you can take with you, that lists the new age properties of each stone. Seriously, brilliant! At any time during operating hours, there are people meandering though and shopping, with their little baskets full of stones. The price point is largely dependent on the size and type of stone. You an go in and spend 1 or a few dollars on a small gemstone, or you can spend several thousands of dollars on an art piece or amethyst/citrine church. I go into Earth Gems looking for gifts a few times a year and rarely come out empty handed. I have referred many people there, and nobody has had a negative experience that i have talked to. The owners are always in there and they are friendly and knowledable. They are always available for questions, but they do not hover, annoy or make any hard sales. Recently I have been extremely impressed with the quality of jewellery they are carrying as well. They have always had a large selection, but recently, the selection of more modern pieces have increased. if you, or someone in your life has a love of natural stones, this is definately a magical place to check out.
