  • This place is pretty much like any car wash - pay, wash, and vacuum. However there are a few problems. (1) If more than a few cars are in line to pay then the line easily can flow onto Scottsdale road. (2) can be difficult to exit due to the entrance/exit locations (3) the person working doing the screen for you. The last one is personal preference for me. I don't need nor want to pull up and have someone ask me for my payment, slide my card, or touch the screen for me. I know the screen is a little far but I'm sorry... If you're so far away that you can't slightly lean over and touch the screen then you need to learn how to drive your vehicle better. You need to know the boundaries of your vehicle are at so you can pull closer to the screen. Simple as that. Anyways, simply put, I would rather do it myself than haggle with an employee. My girlfriend hates it more than I do. I'm sure some people love it. Here is a solution: one lane has the screen and the FastPass reader. If you want to use that you can use that. Otherwise you can go to the lane with the person only, no screen. Your pick. That is in a perfect world because I know the people who can't drive and can't bend over would still try to use the screen and an employee would still have to take their order for them.
