  • Update: purchased my grail this Monday! Ed is such a kind hearted soul and made this an unforgettable experience. Probably the happiest day of my life. I cried on the drive home thinking about how this watch would be with me my entire life. What an amazing experience Went in looking for my first luxury time piece. Was helped by Matthew. He was incredibly helpful. I never felt pushed or pressured. I was always a top priority to him in the store and he answered all of my questions. This store has wonderful customer service and are very accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better experience
