  • Service the way it should be. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap grilled. It came out fried, and because we were in a rush, I didn't have time for a re-do. The super kind lady looked at me and without hesitation said, "Then you're not paying for it." I definitely wasn't expecting that because I knew I was going to eat the whole thing regardless, but it definitely allowed me to leave Santora's feeling much happier about the extra fat and calories I had just consumed! Bravo! Bonus star. However, there was someone smoking at the bar, which was disappointing. As for the wrap, it was a simple, bar-esque wrap. The buffalo sauce wasn't too spicy, but it was huge. I also had a slice of my husband's pizza, super thin crust and a nice pizza flavor. They must use a nice blend of pizza spices, and the cheese had the perfect meltiness. The space is open and well-lit for a video poker spot. They don't serve breakfast. They have free WiFi. Overall, an acceptable video poker bar experience with considerate service.
