  • After about 15 years of being a patron, I was treated so rudely I doubt I'll ever return. The bartender kept his back to me the entire time I waited and when someone walked by he asked them to "deal with me." That person was busy. I was leaving clearly disgruntled and nobody cared! I spoke with the "manager" DAN who offered nothing more than to speak to his staff after another apology he slammed the phone down hanging up on me!!!! As a business owner, I would never find this acceptable to our customers and the "manager" didn't try to keep me after 15+ years of weekends, parties, holidays, you name it this was our place. No more.... in shock!
