  • We took our sick kitten to the Vet. late on Monday evening. We were told a pharmacy would call us next day to arrange delivery for medication. They didn't call until 3:00 pm CA time..4:00 AZ time. too late to ship the meds that day. I asked about expedited shipping and the operator said all they could guarantee was that the meds would leave Wednesday, Thursday was Thanksgiving, and I should get it Friday or Saturday at latest...Today is the following Tuesday, a week later..I just called and the was told that "it should leave today"" WTF??? what happend to guarantee it will leave last Wednesday...not to mention the following Monday?? I mean come on.
