I wish I could rate them negative stars. The Roadside Assistance customer service is horrible!!!! We have been loyal AAA customers for over 10 years. We have the annual membership, car insurance and homeowners insurance through them. Today they literally hung me out to dry. It was a simple battery replacement that turned into a nightmare. They basically said they couldn't help me. I spoke to a low ranking supervisor who has to type all the information to another supervisor who then types it to the head supervisor. Meanwhile I'm waiting for an answer. What was suppose to be a simple battery swap turned into a 3 hour ordeal. They have to test the battery to make sure it was bad, which I could have told them it was, for the replacement. Basically the first truck didn't have the proper equipment and had to call a second truck. They said if it didn't test bad I would have to go to a "charging station". I don't have time to do this and I know it will only die again in a month or so and I'll be stranded somewhere with two kids. I paid for convenience, customer service and piece of mind and received non of that today. The only thing the low ranking supervisor could do was remove the service call from my account. Really!?! I'm choosing to remove myself with anything relared to AAA. Steer clear and seek other options.
