  • I would never recommend using this dealership for anything. The process from start to finish was absolutely just insultingly terrible. My FiancĂ© and I started our new car purchase at Mercedes please with the service and price until during the paperwork A sales man implied my FiancĂ© could never afford a high end Mercedes. Then, all of our paperwork for plates, title and payment and ect. were sent to the wrong address. Meanwhile, I'm now driving a brand new car with expired temp plate and no where to send a payment. But don't worry it only gets better..... There was a rattle in the corner of my windshield so I took my vehicle in for service. After 2 days the service team was unable to detect where the noise was coming from so came up with some BS story that a few C300 had this issue and that they were sending the info to Germany to get a resolution. A week later they determined the resolution was to replace the engine... THAT obviously didn't work because it was a rattle.... Now today... 3 months later and 6 office visits 38 hours of wasted time later they finally pull their heads out and fix the plastic piece on my windshield......OMG what a total waste of time!!!!!! Enough said....
