| - So I couldn't understand why a British restaurant, which serves American food, is located in a Parisian themed casino.
Then in a weird way it was explained to me by the high class escort sitting nearby. The entrance is cylindrical to represent the tunnel from France to the UK, into Gordon Ramsay's restaurant (which serves American cuisine). That might be a load of bull, but the food served here is not! I just wanted something light, so I went with the 8oz filet and a side of the corn. Both very tasty! The filet was slightly over cooked (ordered medium rare), but the flavor was not compromised, so I was not disappointed.
I was somewhat expecting a typical uptight steak restaurant, but was delighted to find a much more relaxed atmosphere. So if you come casual, or dressed up, you will fit in. It is still quite expensive however.
Next time, I'll save room and chow down on some dessert.
