Came during their free regular-sized drink promo. Waited about an hour in line, but I guess I can't really complain about that because it was my choice and the drink was free.
The shop is still quite new, so it's very clean. Decor is cute (very Instagrammable), decent amount of seating and tables, and fairly spacious. The staff are very friendly and willing to answer questions and explain things on the menu. Downside is that there's only one person taking orders at the cash, so the line moves pretty slowly.
I ordered a matcha milk tea, which was incredibly disappointing. It tasted as if they simply added matcha powder to cold water, making the drink very bitter and missing the rich matcha flavour. It was also not creamy at all, which one would expect from a milk tea. I do appreciate that it was not overly sweet as most other bubble tea places. I did not order their tapioca because I'm not a fan of tapioca in general, but it is what they're supposedly famous for.
I will come again when it's not during a promo to see if the quality of their drinks improve.
