I would give 0 stars I could. We chose our vehicle online, called and scheduled a test drive, drove the truck and said we'll take it. No negotiations. We paid asking price and had a check written for the whole amount. What should have taken less than an hour took over 2 & 1/2 hours to complete. They jerked us around for 2 hours over a key fob and misspellings of our name on paperwork. The 2nd key fob had a broken clam shell that just fell apart. They said it was a special order and would cost US $280 to have made. Its a Ford F-150!! What's special order on that??! AND THEY ARE THE FORD DEALERSHIP!! Then, the team manager brought it back TAPED together!! Then they claimed the truck is sold "as is". We sat at their little table for 2 hours WAITING while Mr. Johnson texted on his little iPad. I was ready to walk out. Worst sales department EVER. Finally, the team manager walked up with a brand new fob. WHY COULDN'T YOU DO THIS 2 HOURS AGO!!!???? And then they couldn't get the paperwork correct.
Never. Never. Never. We paid full asking price. Wrote them a check on the spot. And they want to argue over a single key fob that they can easily and cheaply produce themselves??!!
Update 2/13/17: the General Manger, Charles Pierce called me to apologize and offered oil changes and tire rotations for a year. Appreciated.
