My debit card # got stolen somehow (the card was still in my wallet) and the thief went on an online shopping spree and sucked $3,000 out of my checking account. I did shut the card off and when I logged in to my online banking it said "balance = $0". Of course I have outstanding checks and bills to pay like everyone else. When I banked at larger banks, they issued credits for fraud within 1 day. No so with One Nevada. I had to wait 3 days until Monday morning to call the third party call center in India that One Nevada uses for disputes. To my disbelief, they tell me I have to wait up to 30 days for their "investigation" to end before I'm credited for the fraud. I had my card control set to decline transactions over $99 and many transactions for $600+ still went thru! This really left a bad taste in my mouth for debit cards. Thieves can suck your account dry and leave you stranded big time.
This situation, along with the 45 minute wait times at the Serene & Eastern branch were enough for me to switch my checking to another bank. I kept the acct at One Nevada for when I travel as they have the huge free Allpoint ATM machine network, but I only keep a few bucks in the acct.

Just tried to make a cash deposit at the Eastern & Serene location. ATM machine broken as usual. Their mobile app shows branches in the area but none are actually there. Found on on Blue Diamond Rd. Total time driving around to make cash deposit...1 hr 30 mins. Rediculous!
