  • Been to the Q for several years for concerts and Disney On Ice - still need to see a Cavs game though! This past year the Q outdid themselves and it's 100% because of their friendly, attentive, professional staff on the concourse. My mom recently had her knee replaced and was walking with a cane. With floor seats, there's almost hundreds of stairs for her to travel. Someone saw her cane and gave us the inside scoop on how to take the elevators all the way to the floor. They have directions, offered assistance and even a wheelchair! It made our experience so much more enjoyable because we weren't worried about wearing mom out. Seriously so appreciative for their attention to her needs.
