rev:text	Wish I had looked at the reviews of this place before signing.... Anyways I'll share my experience. From day 1 this company has been horrible. Any repairs that needed fixed (air conditioning, upstairs plumbing etc.) I had to contact the companies myself, and had to pay $60 every visit which I would be reimbursed when I went to pay rent. I'm a K9 handler in the military, so I get very very few days off. Its hard enough to enjoy my days off, but even worse this place is about 35 minutes away an wont let you pay rent over the phone or do split payment (myself and my roommate.) If your ever late on rent, it's about an extra $150, oh and if your military and get orders to deploy or a new base like I did, have fun getting out of the lease. As soon as I had heard I got a new base I let them know, they told me that because I was breaking lease early they would charge me the full years rent. Laughable, way to support your troops you grimy pieces of ****. It's called the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, how amateur of a company do you have to be to not know that??? Or more likely they were just hoping I was a pushover and collect $$$ from me. They demanded to speak to my commander, yes commander (hahahahaha) instead I had to get my 1SGT involved just to break lease early, and yes I had sent them my orders a long time before then. I move out in a few days, hopefully I get my deposit back but with these creeps I doubt it. Anyways wish me luck and DO NOT sign with these people
