  • We were scheduled to get an estimate on replacing our patio door this week on Tuesday. Well a week before we keep getting calls from them to contact them regarding our appointment. Every time we speak with a representative, we have to confirm we will have a full 60 -90 minutes available without interruptions. Seriously!? I have a child and my mother lives with me. So life cannot interfere during that time? So, we rescheduled to this Saturday. I kid you not, we received over 8 calls to contact them regarding our appointment this weekend. I have never received so many calls from a company to ensure we are going to have the time available. I would not have scheduled the appointment otherwise. I have requested to completely be removed from their list. Their product/service is not worth the hassle. We are going with another company that has just as good much less.
