  • My ac unit went out today, the fan wasn't turning and it was making a high pitch noise. I turned it off immediately and called Silverstate. They were here within an hour and a half of my call AND after hours. The man went out and had it fixed in a jiff and since they had replaced my motor not to long ago the part was free and so was the service call. Very professional and courteous. In this heat I can't express how thankful I am that they made sure to get over here right away to repair our unit. There business card is always on the thermostat in case of emergency and it will stay there. My mother in law also said she will be switching companies since I've had such a good experience with Silverstate! Thank You :)
