  • I been there once because of the super good reviews on yelp. but i left with a bit of disappointment. The technician was friendly and patient and she was great, tried really hard to fix some knots (i got really tough muscle knots). I was happy during the session but the result didn't really carry. i mean, i didn't feel so relaxed or sleep very well that night. last time when i went to elmwood, that was great! i'm not talking about the 'spa experience', just the rejuvenated feeling on my body. i slept like a baby that night and my whole body could feel the difference the next day. but i didn't feel this way after i tried bodyworks... :(
