  • Went to get my oil changed. Quick place by my work and thought I would give it a chance despite the reviews. Should of not gone. The guy said 15 minutes for oil and 15 minutes for the car wash. Was okay with that. Looked at my watch waiting and it was about 30 minutes and my oil wasn't done yet or the car wash. Waited longer and then got outside and noticed my car in front of the car wash with no one around or in it... Really? Then someone came up and asked if it was my car and I said yes and they said "we locked your keys in your car" I got a little irritated and then they tried to blame my car. It was not my cars fault it is yours! Them blaming my car and not them got me pissed. They broke into my car (comforting). Own up for your mistakes! and the other part that got me mad was nothing was done to composite me being there for a little over an hour... No discount or no free car wash or even a sorry! Never going back and you should not go
