I really want to like this place. I love Honda & it's close to my house, but I'm one mishap from finding a new dealership!
I'm told 'come in, you don't need an appointment'. Then today I'm treated terribly when I show up for an oil change without an appointment. They honestly had NO ONE to help me & sent two clueless people out to see what I needed 3 different times. Suddenly more customers come & I'm in my car for over 10-15 minutes wrestling 4 cranky kids. Still no service person to help me. I was either go to leave a note & jump ship 'please change oil' OR drive off & not come back. Luckily a couple cars moved out of my way and I was no longer blocked in. We were able to escape!! It was the best feeling. I really didn't want to go back EVER!!
On another visit I had a dying battery. My car was less than a year & a half old. The service associate literally sat at the front of my car and told me that this was completely normal for a car in Arizona. He argued with me. Suddenly when my husband parked his car and walked over his tune completely changed!! 'Yah that's is a little too soon for a battery to die, even in this climate'! I wish I could have recorded our completely different interactions with this man!!! I can't stand that. I might be a girl, but don't treat me like I'm dumb. And of course when he tried to sell me on other services I immediately told him no. I no longer trusted him!!!
Something needs to change superstition!!!
***i need to update. The service manager, Jared called last night and we had a great chat. He & Steve in service took care of my car today (and then some). It was the best experience I've ever had SS Honda. And I highly recommend going first thing in the morning. There was hardly a wait at 6:30am!
