rev:text	Very very unprofessional sold me a car that was not actually supposed to be on the lot it was supposed to go to wholesale because it could not pass inspection then not only after that but I fix everything on the vehicle put my own money within a week's time they've let me drive the off with the vehicle taking my vehicle in trade and now when I come back and all I'm asking for is floor mats they tell me to wait they're going to run some numbers and see if they can get me a better deal I said okay next thing they come out and they just ripped the plastic license plate off of the truck no explanation no reason nothing when I was told I was a guaranteed approval I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau I will be filing a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair and last but not least I will be filing a complaint with the Arizona Corporation Commission it was very unacceptable I literally sat there from 2 in the afternoon until 9 at night and was not even offered a bottle of water by a single person while my son sat there might I add playing on his tablet from 2 till about 4:30 when his mother got off of work and pick him up and then I was also told that I would be contacted yet I was never contacted at all through the whole situation they actually kept contacting my ex fiance who works in their billing department as if she was the one purchasing the vehicle when all she was was my referral I do not advise purchasing a vehicle here it was the worst car buying experience I ever had they sat there and after this whole ordeal made up stories of the situation that have happened and thought I wouldn't hear about it even though my ex-fiance works there so I'm having to deal with her on this whole matter because of other employees they're lying and running their mouth I do not advise anybody purchasing a vehicle they're only for this one simple reason of the customer service was unacceptable I was active but nobody my sales representative Leslie literally pushed me to the side and said Hold on shut up let me go and talk to these people and see because she already knew she had a deal made basically with me so she went to go help out some other customers who were only there to try to catch a stray cat! But the customer service was crappy they don't want to help you they sat there and tried to push me into a bunch of different vehicles that I didn't want when all I wanted was a truck they are overpriced if you Kelley Blue Book the vehicles half the time the vehicles Kelley Blue Book is nowhere near what they're asking their way over charging for a truck that you can purchase outright or even just get a loan through a bank and go purchase from a third-party for 5 grand they'll be asking 20 grand my advice go anywhere else than here you do not get a tax break because it is on the reservation or anything there is no perks to going to this new dealership whatsoever except for being treated like you're nothing go to AutoNation or Jones! I purchased a vehicle through AutoNation never had a problem with them and funny thing is the finance manager who had my deal over here at Chapman was the same finance manager I had when I purchased my vehicle in the past at AutoNation and even he I laughed when I told him that there was house speaker wire ran through this vehicle! So that's just me you're going to do what you're going to do but I give this place one star if I could give them zero Stars I would but I will never personally ever return there or ever refer anybody there in my lifetime!
