  • Please hire some POC/ train your employees to understand different shades of darker skin tones. I recently went to get my foundation matched and instead of taking the time to look for a few foundations and match them to my skin she gave me the most orange color you had in the foundation that I was looking for and tried to convince me that it matched my skin tone when I don't even have a warm undertone.
