After my washer flooded my laundry room, I decided that it was time to kick it to the curb and get a new unit. I did some research online and headed to the Chandler Best Buy.
Randy with Pacific Sales helped me right away. I told him that I wanted a front loader and that I was working on a tight budget. He took me over to a Samsung that I had looked at online, explained its benefits and let me know that it was quite a steal at the the current sale price. Randy sat me down and explained the installation process to me along with letting me know what my best buy credit card options were. He said that my new washer and dryer would be installed on Saturday (it was currently Wednesday).
After I left Randy called me and said that he personally called the installation department and was able to have my appointment moved to Friday!
This is the kind of service that a customer really appreciates. Having an employee take initiative to go the extra mile to help me really made me feel good. This type of customer service is hard to find these days. I hope Best Buy appreciates Randy as an employee as much as I do. I will definitely be back to the Chandler store because of him.
