We did this on New Years night and had a great time once we finally got on the zip... and the 2 hour wait in line wouldn't be so bad if they had some type of sheild from the 32 degree wind or heat lamps. All of the employees I saw once we got into line were teenagers... which is not a problem other than they were arguing with each other and one of them was dropping f bombs...a lot!! They also had a race to get us strapped in, and that's not very comforting when you're about to fly many feet above ground. I feel this could've been much more organized. Instead of having the one hour delay in line why not have people arrive closer to the actual zip time (it didn't take an hour to get prepped for the ride). I gave three stars because of the hurry up, wait and freeze your butt off experience... but I did enjoy the actual zip. I hope you guys get more organized. Also, the photos were not worth $40... the samples had so MUCH watermark on it you couldn't see what you were buying, so we just got the package and of 18 pics only 4 were actually good.
