  • I probably won't ever be staying here again!! pros: front desk staff was friendly. Close to the strip, very spacious room with a den, 25% off for restaurant at hard rock, 24hrs hot tub Cons: room doesn't look like the ones others stayed in or online, our room needed to be renovated. The downstairs phone was not working at all so we told them and they said they would give us a new one and never did. There were bugs and I think I got bit by one of them. I was laying in bed and all of a sudden my knee started stinging. Weird. We had an ironing board but no iron and when we called it took them forever to bring it. My bed was horribly uncomfortable and had like 3 sheets with a little blanket. We went in December so it was chilly. The heaters were very complicated to operate. Not staying here anymore with so many better hotels in the area.
