rev:text	I hired this company for a full house cleaning after speaking to the owners at length about my wants and needs. Kim told me how exceptionally good their crews are and told me that yes, they charge more than other cleaners but are well worth it. Their initial cleaning at my new and pretty darn clean already house..it's new, I clean throughout the week and we don't have a lot of stuff...involved three cleaners who worked 3 hours. I came home to a invoice that was way above what we'd initially discussed..$324 and discovered that they'd failed to clean my bathroom floor (a footprints from my bath the night before were still visible. The fans were still dusty (we checked them after seeing the footprints) and the powder room vanity a surface was still very dusty. When we called to express our upset, they offered to send the crew back out to finish the job....ok, nice, but at this point we didn't have faith in them--their first impression on us was enough to say, no thank you...and the charge of $324 seemed incredibly excessive for a house that is 2200 sq.ft, and especially since I told the cleaners not to go into or clean my husbands office, the laundry room and our walk-in closet. We wanted to pay only what they originally quoted-$216, which even seems excessive as they deliberately did not clean our floorboards. Our request was met w much protest and only after many phone conversations and threat of legal intervention did they back down and agree to the $200. I think they are more about talk than actual delivery and follow through. Definitely not impressed with their cleaning or customer service.
