This is a great place. I'm not all that into yoga but a summer off and a $15 groupon lured me in. I've taken hot yoga classes with several of the teachers now and can't complain. The instructors really make sure that each student is executing the poses correctly and they give options for those of us who aren't so bendy.
The studio has a fantastic sound system and nice bamboo floors so it's easy to get into yoga mode and forget about your cares for the 60 to 90 minutes that you're in class. They have a great online system for signing up for classes online so you never have to worry that it'll be too full when you show up. This is a great hidden gem tucked away in the Whole Foods shopping strip.
