  • Lived at 565 Sherbourne for 3 years, which meant a fair amount of gross incompetence from the rental office. Straw that broke this camel's back was during the move out: booked service elevator and moving truck at 9am. Confirmed time with rental office 1 month before, and morning of. Truck arrives on time..... security finally sets the elevator to service 30 min later.... after two more phone calls from me. Saving grace are the maintenance guys (Bruce and Noel) - always pleasant, and quick to fix seemingly anything.
