  • I don't know what Haji-Baba means, but based upon our experiences here, I'm going to assume it means GREAT FOOD. The dining area is simple and non-descript, but what comes out of the kitchen is heavenly. No need to be worried if you ordered the right dish as everything is delicious. We have never been disappointed. The Turkish coffee is prepared using the traditional cezve/ibrik (which is an artform in itself) and is to die for. By far the best in the valley! In addition to the restaurant the market is a nice way to finish off one's meal by perusing the aisles for all of the unique spices and goods from a far off land.
