  • I had Scott out to look at a water hammer issue I was having at the house with some older fixtures. He was on time, very respectful (booties before entering the house, I don't think I've ever seen that from a tradesman before), and rather than trying to sell me a lot of things I didn't need was very pragmatic about what steps could be taken. I'm new to the area, but glad to know I don't have to worry when it comes time to call a plumber again!
