  • Why had I not been here before?! I came here for a private party for Maker's Mark Ambassadors, and my review is for this event. Don't know what a Maker's Mark Ambassador is? Look it up. The entire location was shut down for the private event, they treated us like real VIP's! Because this event was for Maker's Mark, they served us complementary Maker's Mark beverages such as an Old Fashioned. Not drinks I'd typically order but oh so tasty!! They also brought out a number of food pairings that were Maker's inspired: Fried Mac and Cheese - so tasty with a little bit of a kick Steak Sliders - generous sizes! Spicy Chicken Wings - tons of chicken meat, these were no wussy wings! We got to meet Bill Samuels Jr. the CEO of Maker's Mark - son of the founder. He was so friendly! We received souvenir Maker's Mark glasses, a hard back book about Maker's and I even got a large display bottle of Maker's Mark that I got autographed. I'd never been to Commonwealth before. The staff were super friendly, they catered to our every need, continually checking on us to see if we wanted or needed anything else. The decor and atmosphere were super hip and fun - newspaper clippings as wall paper - mismatched over-sized arm chairs, etc. I can't wait to come back!
