| - Yvette was our planner for our final consultation and she was exceptionally pleasant, very professional and helpful (5+ STARS FOR HER). The facility is beautiful and updated compared to other chapels in the Vegas area which look very antiquated (5 STARS for the venue). Our wedding was on the Gazebo Terrace on 7/18/16 at 9:30 p.m. and it's beautiful when lit up in the evening. We had a religious ceremony and our officiant was Rev. Arnold Gomez and he is AWESOME!! (loved his message and spoken words) (5+STARS FOR THE REV). I wish I could remember the name of the young red-headed lady that was upstairs the night of the ceremony, she was AWESOME TOO (5+ STARS FOR HER) I will make a couple notes here for anyone considering the facility. As I was told by Brittany(our initial planner who was helpful prior to the ceremony, but when I called to complain later after our non-attending friends and family were not able to get audio of ceremony online she only negated everything and would NOT fully hear me out and believe me i was not rude since i work in a profession that puts high emphasis on customer service). Her response was simply, " it's all in your packet you received, that's why you should read it". PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION IN YOUR PACKET!! The web viewing is a courtesy (although I don't remember reading any disclaimer regarding this) and no credit is given in-case of any malfunction. It was suggested after the fact, you may want to have anyone utilizing this to login prior to your ceremony time and view the prior set ceremony at the exact same location and make sure video and audio feed is working. Also note that if you do not meet with the planner after your ceremony to view your photos (depending on which package you pick) there is an additional $20.00 fee to view online which Brittany our initial planner did not inform us of. Realize that with any of the wedding chapels you select anything extra please inquire if there are add'l fees involved. I still will give them a top rating because the bottom line, I should of read all the details. I did make a suggestion that although there is a lot of information to dispense, the fee's should be something they review once you meet face to face and a staff person should link in to make sure the video stream is functioning prior to each ceremony. There was also a problem with playing the 2nd (my entrance song) of 3 songs we had pre-selected to play for our ceremony. I didn't find this upsetting since my family are a bunch of wise cracking people who had a great time giving my fiance' a good ribbing about why I had not made my entrance, it was hilarious. In closing will I say this. The whole point of having a planner Brittany is so you're not worried about details and blind sighted by hidden fees or cost, but as you put it "It's all in the packet".. Again ask them to be upfront about ALL FEES over the phone and at your final consultation.... I'm writing this review prior to viewing my photos, but I'm sure there are lots of beautiful pictures. Will update with more. ~Constance P.
****UPDATE**** I went to link to allow us access to view our wedding pics and I was told it would cost $20 to view... BEWARE: It's $20 to view online for 5 days , after that you pay an additional $20 fee for an additional 5 days if you need more time to view.
