  • A+ customer service! I wouldn't even consider calling anyone else. Dave, the bug tech, is very knowledgeable and may even have a few good jokes to tell. We had an ant problem and Dave specifically focused on the ants and then continued on with the rest of the spraying. No contract- means we can dictate when we want them to come out. Overall,very happy with Hopper!
