  • Would not recommend this company. Called for in home estimate, had to leave a message. Someone called me back 2 days later and scheduled an appt for the next week. The estimator called me morning of estimate appt to verify appt time, which he said was 2 hours earlier than what I had scheduled. When I told him that, he laughed and said "well I guess I'll see you two hours early then! "And refused to come at the regularly scheduled time. In the end, I ended up agreeing to have this company install cabinets in my garage because their prices were good. . Not the best, but acceptable. It took almost 3 weeks for someone to come install the cabinets and when I went out to inspect the work, I noticed that a few things were wrong. The installer didn't offer to fix them but instead told me to "call the office" and they would have someone come out later. So I did as he said and the lady at the office seemed annoyed that I didn't force the installer to fix the problems. She said she'd have someone call me regarding a fix. After a week with no return call, I called again to discuss the issue. Again I was told someone would call me back. Almost a month later and still no call so my husband just went ahead and fixed the items himself. Very disappointing when you pay a company a good amount of money for their product and they don't stand behind it. The customer service in this company is sorely lacking and their product isn't even that great now that I see it in person. Would suggest going elsewhere!
