  • The service is absolutely horrible. I've lived in Markham for most of my life so I'm used to subpar service in Asian restaurants but this one was bad enough to make me write a review on it. Came here and stood at the entrance for a good 15 minutes being COMPLETELY ignored by countless staff. It wasn't until I flagged one down myself til I was able to actually get a number. There was a couple behind me who was waiting about the same time and asked if they could just sit at the "bar" because it was empty or at a free table for 2. They were simply told "No" because they'd rather wait for a bigger group to come. Needless to say they left. The only reason we managed to sit down was because several groups ahead of us got fed up with waiting as well and just left. It was almost 20 people who just walked out. Was the food worth the wait? Nope. Average food with average drinks, typical of any of the other countless bubble tea restaurants here. Only exception was the shaved ice but knowing Markham several restaurants will eventually open up selling the same gimmick if it hasn't happened already. We won't be coming back.
