  • This venue put on an event that got 4 times the interest that the room could accommodate, and never mentioned the limited capacity. When 10 times the number showed up early to ensure entrance, they still didn't let anyone know there was a problem. They let 2000 stand in line for 2 hours, violating the fire code. Eventually they told everyone they weren't letting anyone in, and suggested they all spend money elsewhere in the casino. On social media, they "apologized", but refused to take responsibility. The coat check took almost 45 minutes due to a slow dry cleaner rack system that takes about 2 minutes per coat to retrieve.
