  • Mr Shane Ely- You'll never again get my business, that's a promise. Also, it appears you're having trouble reading my original review so here goes- I had confirmation from the manager at Meineke that I indeed DO NOT have to have full synthetic on my 2006 Jetta, there was absolutely no reason for you to refuse to change my oil unless I purchased full synthetic. Besides the fact that I've had my Jetta for 10 years now and have used NOTHING BUT regular oil. Also, of all the mechanics that I have gone to for oil changes in the last 10 years, you know how many of them required that I use full synthetic??? NONE! ZERO!! With all due respect Mr Ely- Do your job right or go home.
