Rented a bike from LVHD, bike was fine but customer service lacked. Only one person at counter, long wait. Very confusing explanation of everything with little added help. Got out 45 minutes after pick up was supposed to be. Returned on my promised time, mentioned my experience with the rental manager, basically my fault that I did not ask for an added 45 minutes to rental and there is an 45 minute grace period. Revert to check in experience and lack of help, no where did she mention that as well. Due to the limited time I was able to rent the extra time would have made the experience much better.
Low customer service that I would expect from an HD dealer.
