  • Most horrible experience ever! I was looking for a self dog wash in the North Phoenix area and ServePets was the nearest one to my location. Had a 2yo German Shepherd in my car and after reading the reviews, decided to stop on by. Big mistake! Walked in to no one at the front desk, this is where I hear a voice from the second story asking "Is that you Bill?". I replied truthfully that I was not (and to this point, I have NO idea who Bill is)- this is where everything went south- A slender salt and pepper hair lady came down the staircase followed by another woman with what looked to be a client with dog undergoing obedience training. I thought to myself, if this is a great experience bathing my dog and the teaching looks productive- I should look into obedience training here as well! At this point- all this lady could say is Bill left sick and he wasn't feeling too good. No signs were posted about being "closed". Also added that she didn't know where any of the switches were in the business without even offering to take a minute to acknowledge me personally. Afterwards proceeded to shove business cards into my hands and turn her back to me ushering me out. Overall the impression that I was NOT WANTED there was felt and it could not have been made felt so blatantly. The impatient attitude that she demonstrated consisted of a cold shoulder and refusal to address any questions i attempted to ask. I can understand if it was due to the current training session- but all she had to say is "I'm sorry, I'm with a client in the middle of a training session"- but because she did not even have the common courtesy of explaining anything in a respectable manner, this business has lost my respect. Not sure if this review will be seen by the management, or owners, but I am open to any explanation for her attitude and apology if so desired. In the meantime, I will make sure to advise all my friends and family to avoid this business, unless they want to be treated like this as well.
